I have banked with 1st Bank in Longmont, Colorado for 3 years and have enjoyed the professionalism and competency which they have showded me. I am very comfortable with having my money there and I love their customer service
I have been an account holder for 10+ years, never overdrafted my acct. and have plenty of funds in multiple accounts with this bank and they profiled me today. I was treated so poorly and with no respect when trying to cash a check for my partner. They gave me no explanation and after calling corporate they told me it’s up to each branch. I will be relocating my money to another bank. Do NOT bank here. They will treat you like a second class citizen. I am NOT happy. Both tellers were extremely rude and offered no solutions.

I think the Lord that I have my checking account savings account at first Bank since I was 16 years old and I'm old now lol the fraud department contacted me you can't trust anybody somebody wrote checks off of my account they made them off the computer first Bank notice it right away contacted me thank you thank you for not letting these scammers take my money
