They were so mean
I think the Lord that I have my checking account savings account at first Bank since I was 16 years old and I'm old now lol the fraud department contacted me you can't trust anybody somebody wrote checks off of my account they made them off the computer first Bank notice it right away contacted me thank you thank you for not letting these scammers take my money
Was looking to see what time the bank open today and saw some bad reviews here… I don’t understand it. I have been banking here for about 30 years. The staff is always wonderful. They always help me and I’ve never had a problem. In fact when I have traveled overseas and tried to make a purchase, they stopped it and called me to make sure that it wasn’t fraud. They’ve helped us when we’ve lost a card and worked with us when we needed a little help. I love this bank! It’s the people there that make it so great!
2 times in less than a week the atm is down or broken. Maybe have one in your breezeway with both coin machines. Frustrating spending 30 min driving back and forth across town to deposit cash bc i dont have bank hours for work.
