Used to be quite good. THEN they decided to raise their fees, which turn out to be substantial. So... not competitive with banks that do not have fees, like Fidelity or Discover. I prefer the "old" FB, with the free coffee in the lobby. They made a good neighbor and good place to do business... not so much anymore. Who ever is on their board should really think about this. They are chasing people away.

Branch manager doesn't seem to understand functions of a bank as my significant and I needed to put her check in my account to pay bills. The branch manager seems incompetent as she told us that we need to put the check in her account in a different bank then pull it all and put it in as cash which her bank would have not allowed the full amount to be pulled. There is no need for that when the check is endorsed and both parties are present. Just seem to be a lack of motivation or want to do the tasks that normal banks have.
