Had to deposit a large amount of one dollar bills and they were very kind! Helpful staff
Personalized service every time I walk in, use the drive-thru, or even call. It nice to see everyone caring about doing a great job. That's something I haven't seen in a bank for decades.
The FirstBank employees are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. My transactions are done rapidlyand with a smile. I highly recommend this bank.
Love this bank. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The best part is that you never wait for more than 2 minutes to be helped.
Nice people. Unfortunately the service is terrible. It also doesn't help when Chase and Bank of America close at 2pm Saturdays. But they close at noon. They also do not take appointments which is frustrating
