Every time I come to this location I wait to be helped in the drive through for at least 5 minutes before hearing from anyone. Today I came sent my slip in and hit the call button to let them know how I wanted my cash they never answered and then just sent my cash out. I had to send my money back in and wait yet again another 5 minutes when it could have all been solved in the first 7 minutes I waited. This only on a 30 minute break. Don’t come here if you dont have time to waste waiting!
Ambrocio the manager is very helpful and friendly. Everyone greets us and treats us kindly. Recommend this bank.
Angelica the manager was beyond rude this morning. We had issues with our account, she seemed extremely annoyed when she got on the phone call with us. Didn’t answer any of the questions that we asked her remained silent. Didn’t set up our account correctly. Referred me to online banking and hung up. Not the kind of customer service I would expect from a manager. I like this place. Most times, it's not very crowded and the tellers very nice.
