Angelica the manager was beyond rude this morning. We had issues with our account, she seemed extremely annoyed when she got on the phone call with us. Didn’t answer any of the questions that we asked her remained silent. Didn’t set up our account correctly. Referred me to online banking and hung up. Not the kind of customer service I would expect from a manager. I like this place. Most times, it's not very crowded and the tellers very nice.
Horrible customer service. Bankers there are so unprofessional, lack of knowledge and lazy! Took the banker over 40 mins to try to re-open my account. I first asked to open a Busniess account and asked her if they offered a service I needed for my business called EDI reporting and she just stared at me with a blank face. So I said ok let’s open a personal account first and I’ll come bank and ask for a business banker next time.
