Very slow service. Always a long line.
My frustration started in the parking lot no parking but the large parking areas completely filled, walk in and their only 2 of us, and 2 tellers, with 10 booths, and 1 teller was in training all by herself , don't know what she was doing as I waited all least 10 minutes well the other tellers with the customer Lord knows how she long she was with her she was there before I came in, finally I get to the trainee for simple withdrawal which took forever ask for the bathroom it's upstairs, please get about four blocks away and ... read more
They need to hire more cashiers. It's always a 25 minute wait inside because they have to split the drive through attention and the customer line is long. Its always a mistake coming in here thinking it'll be a good decision
