PNC is a publicly traded company, First Bank was not and it was the best thing about it.
I’ve been a customer of your bank for the past 14 years, and I honestly don’t understand how this works but you haven’t been very good to me. A $500 credit limit after 14 years, and you still can’t increase it? That’s ridiculous.
Extremely kind, curtis, helpful and very patience. I go to get copies to send off. I have a small account there. Doesn't matter they treat you very kindly. Even have a Spanish language speaking teller. Pretty awesome.
