Been going to this bank for a year. The tellers are the best!!! Primarily use the drive thru service. For the last 3 months It takes an average of 15 mins or more. This is unacceptable. Clearly the management does not care to have enough support for their drive thru tellers
I’ve never been to this bank and there wasn’t absolutely a line almost to the door that takes atleast 30 + minutes to enjoy sore feet through. Please consider chairs for your lines… (oh wait you have some hmmmm what does that tell you) better yet consider more tellers on high service days
Very slow service. Always a long line.
