Terrible customer service from the account rep. He and his manager gave me completely incorrect information about a trust account I needed to establish. Very disappointing after 30 years of loyalty.
This branch definitely has the A-team! We've banked with FirstBank for over 30 years and, while not all branches offer the same stellar service, the Ward Rd branch always provides a welcoming environment and their focus is on what they can do, not what they can't do. Amazing group of people!
