I went into the Arvada first bank to cash a check. I’m not an account holder there but this isn’t the first time I’ve cashed a check with them that’s over 2000 dollars. I gave them My check and ID and the women who was working with them said I need a second form of ID I told her that I didn’t have another form of id she said I could use a debit card. Terrible customer service from the account rep. He and his manager gave me completely incorrect information about a trust account I needed to establish. Very disappointing after 30 years of loyalty.

This branch definitely has the A-team! We've banked with FirstBank for over 30 years and, while not all branches offer the same stellar service, the Ward Rd branch always provides a welcoming environment and their focus is on what they can do, not what they can't do. Amazing group of people!

The shock and disbelief on the face of the receptionist combined with the disgruntled looks of several employees behind their desks was of Shakespearean quality. It was almost comical. It was as if I had committed a war crime on the steps of the capital. What was my sin you may ask? Attempting to walk into the lobby two minutes before the branch opened only to be stopped by the auto doors not opening...
