Must say dealing with the branch manager here was quite unpleasant. Be careful if you have any checks from another bank or state as they flag them and then you have to jump through hoops just to get them to verify. Also how bad is it when the company's fraud department cannot verify a check but I can find all the info needed to do so via the internet on my phone and the issue is resolved.🤔🤔🤔
Head and shoulders above pathetic wells Fargo. They have always have enough tellers to accommodate customers when I'm there. If a line forms then they bring up more tellers. I love that you can send a wire from the teller counter versus having to sit down and wait for a banker.
