Rude supervisors who seem to think it is acceptable to interrupt people while they're speaking. Completely unacceptable and entirely unprofessional.
Used to be great local bank, but just became branches of the massive, unhelpful, and customer-alienating PNC bank.
I'm probably biased in that I got to hang out with the heads of the Bank and they were great folk. They have real pro's that helped me through a problem. The feller that helped me should get rewarded. He was a consumate professional. I've been in the First Bank Nugget's suite for a game, with his bosses. This guy absolutely deserves a game. For reference he took care of my call, at 11:10 on July 25th for Joe Bobay. A helluva professional.
