Super nice vary helpful
Poor customer service and an overall extremely long wait. Just trying to open a new account. Seemed like a lot of them didn’t have any idea what to do.
Charged me $320 in fees for being late on a mortgage payment, because my autopay (set up by the bank at the time i took out the loan) was $7 short, coming out of my Firstbank checking account with $700 excess balance. "it's our policy, there's nothing we can do". I've had that mortgage for 9 years and never missed a payment. This bank doesn't understand customer service.
