I had a really bad experience with one of the employees today she was being rude and not wanting to cash a check that i had cashed before without any problems she was giving me an attitude but definitely moving to another bank because this is not the first time that this has happened.
20 years with this bank and all the sudden I am getting charged $12 monthly account fee. Absolutely ridiculous
What a joke, FirstBank employees are the most incompetent people alive. Terrible, slow, and just flat out rude. I would give negative stars if I could
