Refused to cash my check without opening an account then the manager tried to fight me. He tried to snatch my check out of my hands which would be assault.
First bank is truly is a league of their own as far as banks go. Never has a banking corporation, in my experience, gone to such lengths to treat its customers with such profound respect and financial dignity in its fundamental operations and behind-the-scenes workings. In addition, every teller I've interacted with in my 11 years as a customer has been respectful, professional, and friendly. This location is particularly great as I go here most often. 08/28/2025 went to open a Business account, Oliver took really good care of me, he made sure to answer all my questions and make everything clear and easy for me. He double check all my options , I truly appreciate and recommend this First Bank Branch in longmont, Oliver super Professional
Banked there for twenty years; put in a Zelle transfer at 9:15 pm (apparently 15 minutes after close) and still got wacked with a non-sufficient items fee. The app showed a positive balance, so it's poor UX at the very least.
The lady work there gave us so much bad attitude her name is Marlen I have no idea why she would treat customers in such a way. I’ll never back to this bank again!
