I can’t believe they change their hours to n9-5 t . How am I supposed to get to the bank if I work from 9 to 5?

If I could give 0 stars I'd definitely would. Worst ATM ever!! I can't believe how slow, unpractical and useless it is!!! I try to avoid it at all expense but there's no better option. 1st Bank ATMs always suck!!!!! Thinking about using Wells Fargo, they may steal your money but at least the ATM take it right away and without so many dumb questions
I have tried several other banks in the early days of running my business. 1stbank is sooooo much more seamless and professional when it comes to running accounts. They are available in person or via phone (offering 24/7 English speaking customer service shows exactly how much they value providing the best service). I had questions this week about some recent transactions that took 20-30 minutes to resolve.
