My wife has been a client since 1994, myself since early 2000's....the spirit and service that built this company is gone. We are leaving and taking our business somewhere that the client still gets attention and is not just a number. Very sad to see such an amazing institution get destroyed so fast.
Refused to cash my check without opening an account then the manager tried to fight me. He tried to snatch my check out of my hands which would be assault.
First bank is truly is a league of their own as far as banks go. Never has a banking corporation, in my experience, gone to such lengths to treat its customers with such profound respect and financial dignity in its fundamental operations and behind-the-scenes workings.
