08/28/2025 went to open a Business account, Oliver took really good care of me, he made sure to answer all my questions and make everything clear and easy for me. He double check all my options , I truly appreciate and recommend this First Bank Branch in longmont, Oliver super Professional
Banked there for twenty years; put in a Zelle transfer at 9:15 pm (apparently 15 minutes after close) and still got wacked with a non-sufficient items fee. The app showed a positive balance, so it's poor UX at the very least.
The lady work there gave us so much bad attitude her name is Marlen I have no idea why she would treat customers in such a way. I’ll never back to this bank again!
I can’t believe they change their hours to n9-5 t . How am I supposed to get to the bank if I work from 9 to 5?
