Have a check paid to myself and my brother. My brother endorsed the check to me, has an account with first bank, the signature on the check matches the signature they have on file, yet they WILL NOT deposit the check into my account so I can fix my house. Instead, they want me to figure out how to get us both to the bank (he does not live nearby) to get this endorsed in person. Bank only cares about themselves and does not care about it's customers. Glad they're closing my account due to PNY so I can find a better bank.
