NOW CLOSED, CH A NGED NAME TO PNC. The employees are getting used to the new rules. My PNC crashes every other day. Still great employees but things aren't an easy process YET. Seriously the BEST.BANK.IN.TOWN! Yes, there are other branches. Lots of them. They really are good. And this 1st Bank branch in Old Town is the best branch. Very friendly. Gina Serrano was very professional, but some of the other women at the branch definitely had some issues. I walked in and said that I would like to open an account, and the Hispanic woman stared at me like I was stupid, then asked Gina to help me. Like I said, go to Gina Serrano, otherwise you will get some attitude.
