I get paid from Europe as a contractor and I have a residence in Costa Rica. I wire transfered money to my Costa Rica bank account using First Banks services and the branch manager accused me of money laundering and closed all my accounts. I don't recommend this bank if your world view is farther than your nose. By the way they use Wells Fargo for their wire services, First Bank is hardly a real bank.
If you do any international business I would recommend avoiding this bank. Michelle also might want to consider a career move as she was very unprofessional.
This branch has one of highest employee turnover rates. Obviously, it's due to poor management.
Keitah and Julieann are very professional and helpful! Keitah went above and beyond to help me with bank documentation and was positive and polite in all interactions.
