Very curious and polite to help customers over the phone with accounts.
I'd like to share that this particular branch is not accurately represented by its reviews because it is under pointed attack from members of a certain local religious establishment. One member of said establishment used extraordinary, purposeful hate speech during an interaction with an employee, which resulted in their long-time account being closed. Edit one: now that the app is back, it must be updated before use. The "update now" is not functional, so I'd have to Uninstaller and start over at step one. These people are such clowns. Programmers are inept as well. First bank sucks; I have to dump these low-wattage bulbs. Failure Infinity: App is absolute garbage. I get paid from Europe as a contractor and I have a residence in Costa Rica. I wire transfered money to my Costa Rica bank account using First Banks services and the branch manager accused me of money laundering and closed all my accounts. I don't recommend this bank if your world view is farther than your nose. By the way they use Wells Fargo for their wire services, First Bank is hardly a real bank.
