I dont get cash often, but every time I have tried to use the ATM it was broken. Like come on now.
I’ve been a customer for over 30 years. It takes a lot for me to leave a review like this. I’m not sure if it’s the PNC change, or something else, but this place has awful customer service. I’m treated as if I’m stupid, and a second class citizen when I enter this place. Too many negative experiences for it to be a one off. I recommend looking elsewhere.
Wanted to rate this particular branch for great experiences I've had compared to other locations. We are a non profit who survive on cash donations from members. This means that we take quite a bit of cash and change to the bank each month. I was previously going to another location but they started complaining about how much cash and change I was bringing and how it was a pain to deal with all of it.
