Absolutely unacceptable. My fiancé was in the first bank located at 9217 E. Lincoln Ave. Lone Tree, CO 80124 about 45 minutes ago at 11:30-45 today (06/16/21) which should have been a pleasant and easy experience. Unfortunately she was "helped" by a teller who was rude and clearly annoyed and inconvenienced by her. She did not get her name but do know it was "teller number 5."
