I've been banking with FirstBank for 10 or more yrs. They have always been helpful even when I was transferred 6 hrs away for work. Until today. My account has always been in great standing at all times. For a simple address change the guy tells me I have to do it in person. I've never had to do it in person. I've been living 6 hrs away for 4 yrs now and I was always able to verify over the phone any info. But now, nope. Any issues I've had, any purchasing I've done I've never been told I had to come in personally to do so. ... read more
