John Ogren was very helpful with dealing with a scammer.
Still has no ATM working it's been months and this the closest bank. Now I have to drive across town. Hoping they've fixed it and they still haven't.
Went in today to close out our accounts due to the PNC takeover of 1st Bank! The first person I encountered was a woman named Cassie a “Personal Banker” who was not busy but deferred us to a teller without even asking what we were there for! I found her attitude very condescending and to be frank rude! The customer service at this branch has declined immensely so it was the right decision to leave 1st Bank! Great, 1st Bank is now owned by PNC! Their local branches have terrible ratings! I can tell you now that they will reduce the number of people to assist you and customer service will suffer!! So sad to see a great bank being sold out!!
