This bank used to be the Colorado bank for you. Nowadays it's the Colorado bank that doesn't welcome people on fixed incomes. Gouging customers for $12 a month for having a balanced less than $1,500 it's just disgusting business. This bank is only for the well-to-do. If you're on a fixed income don't bother banking here.
Avoid this location. Understaffed. Long wait times. No managers ever available so you cand do more than simple deposits/withdrawals. Lots of people always waiting
Been with this bank for over a decade. Until recently I never had anything negative to say. However, the entire experience with this institution is nothing but negative. What used to clear in a day,now takes 2-3 business days. Was never charged fees for the Bloom Checking account, until recently. Now if I don't maintain $1500 daily balance, I'm told I'll be charged $15 each month. After a decade of loyalty, I'm not feeling welcome anymore. Not the feeling I want.
