I am a court appointed conservator. Every year my Letters of Conservatorship are renewed by the court. There is frequently a gap between when the old ones expire and new ones are issued. During that gap, the bank is obligated to limit my access to the account ONLY instead of restricting the account or limiting MY access they completely closed the account and bounced all this old man's auto debits! This bank used to be the Colorado bank for you. Nowadays it's the Colorado bank that doesn't welcome people on fixed incomes. Gouging customers for $12 a month for having a balanced less than $1,500 it's just disgusting business. This bank is only for the well-to-do. If you're on a fixed income don't bother banking here.
