Great, 1st Bank is now owned by PNC! Their local branches have terrible ratings! I can tell you now that they will reduce the number of people to assist you and customer service will suffer!! So sad to see a great bank being sold out!!
Fast and friendly tellers.
The tellers are generally nice but I have had two MASSIVE mistakes happen with this bank. I am a Court Appointed Conservator, so this isn't MY money. Denver probate court is notoriously slow for issuing annual Letters of Conservatorship. My letters lapsed and instead of just flagging the account and freezing my access to it (standard) they closed it and bounced all my client's auto debits. His homeowners insurance was cancelled. This ATM literally never works. It’s either out of order or it lets you go through the whole transaction just to give you an error message. It’s honestly insane how often I try and give this ATM another chance.
