This review is specifically for Shania at this branch. In all my years of working with firstbank she has been the most helpful person I've encountered. I cant really speak on a single positive aspect of First Bank other than that. Get more people like Shania.
I am a court appointed conservator. Every year my Letters of Conservatorship are renewed by the court. There is frequently a gap between when the old ones expire and new ones are issued. During that gap, the bank is obligated to limit my access to the account ONLY instead of restricting the account or limiting MY access they completely closed the account and bounced all this old man's auto debits!
