I can’t believe how inept this bank is. They mailed my earnings statement to the wrong zip code 87301, it doesn’t exist. It was returned to this bank with the yellow sticker saying the address doesn’t exist, and the person DID NOT look up the address in my account and put it in another envelope with the SAME WRONG ZIP CODE!!! It even had the corrected zip code on the original envelope!I’m lucky to get it but I already filed my taxes! Good grief- I hope she doesn’t get into my account. Probably on her phone. I went to go get change at the teller window for a $100 dollar bill and the lady asked if I had an account,I explained my boss did but I didn't and she denied me change.Lady if you and your bank want more customers to go to your bank this isn't a bank I would choose.
