Went with my mother to file a P.O.D. We were told they were short staffed and they didn't have anyone to accommodate us. My mother has now passed and my family is having a difficult time getting her account closed. Make sure you call ahead of time to file important paperwork. You can't just walk in. Lesson learned the hard way.
A wonderful group of ladies as well a great bank.
