ALL of the wonderful people of Builtwell Bank in Cookeville, from their office to the resolution team, are FANTASTIC! Anytime I've needed their help over the last 7 years, they have been excellent! I would highly recommend them to anyone at any time! I plan to have a very long, continuing relationship with this wonderful institution... they have been great to me & I'm sure they will do the same for you! Way to go guys! I'm not an easy person to please all the time, however you guys have pleased me ALL THE TIME! Great job!!

I have been banking with Builtwell bank for years. This is one of the best banks to use. Julie at the front counter is so helpfull and friendly. She always has a smile and knows her job well. Mary at the drive through is very nice and and also very helpful.
