After 15 years of banking with Builtwell Bank, I received the WORST customer service from the Cookeville branch this week than I have ever had to deal with in all 15 years of being loyal to this bank. Sad day, and very disappointed to see how downhill the Cookeville branch has gotten.
Best Bank ever! The staff is always friend and they know you by name.
Everyone here is so helpful. It's a great bank!
ALL of the wonderful people of Builtwell Bank in Cookeville, from their office to the resolution team, are FANTASTIC! Anytime I've needed their help over the last 7 years, they have been excellent! I would highly recommend them to anyone at any time! I plan to have a very long, continuing relationship with this wonderful institution... they have been great to me & I'm sure they will do the same for you! Way to go guys! I'm not an easy person to please all the time, however you guys have pleased me ALL THE TIME! Great job!!
