Worse service ever ladies were rude and lazy at the Newport News location gave me a run around and kept telling me to come back 3 days in a row.
Liars. Get you to drive all the way down there for nothing when they could have just said all of that on the phone. For instance that you have to have a positive checking account balance to be able to get a loan which makes no sense cuz if you had a positive checking account balance you could just go withdraw the money. I decided to try this location after a terrible experience at Ace Cash Express. I had never heard of this company before but upon walking in the atmosphere was very clean and the representative, Tasia instantly greeted me with a warm smile. Throughout the process she explained to me that she was creating a profile for me so that in the future the process would go much faster. I went to cash my check.First they didint have money. Secondly the lady put it on a debit card bujt now i still can't get my money because she put in the wrong write so now i got to go thru christmas with no money. Thanks alot.
