Kimberly Torres and Crystal at the 102 store turned an unpleasant experience with pathcredit, Who is rude to Employees of First Virginia loan. These 2 ladies kept a good professional attitude and solves my issues. I would definitely hire either one of them. Miranda was also very helpful on the phone. The only employee that needed Improvement was the other DM, I believe her name might be April, not sure bc she didn't have time to do her job or give respect to her employees.
Convenient but the system is a rip off
The ladies & the manager are so kind & professional. They gave me great customer service & I recommend this location for sure. Thanks ladies for everything!
I take out a loan for $700. I pay $300/$150/$300/$200 and still somehow owe more. They say interest is $6 a day. Thats $84 every 14 days. How do I all of a sudden still owe $250?!?!. This place is a serious joke and should be investigated for fraud. Not to mention they call you off the hook all day and leave numerous voicemails which im sure is a form of harrasment. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE CROOKS. Once I pay the $250 to stop the calls my lawyer will be in touch.
