Seek alternative providers!!!!! As a manager in an enterprise environment 13 years, I must say this has been the worst customer service experience ever. Find other loan companies to conduct your business.
Great service
Called and the manager answered. Her attitude was horrible. Asked a simple question because I was working with a rep yesterday who was lovely but the manager acted like she didn't want to talk to me. Just trying to get my check cashed. Never going here again. No wonder the lady yesterday couldn't get the answer she needed if she was waiting to hear back from her Manager
Ok staff but terrible customer service, I will not give this location or company my business again.
