Great customer service. Awesome people working there. Always easy to work with and talk to. And the interest rates aren't that bad, actually. They will also increase your line if credit after good repayment history. Also, First Virginia was the only bank that gave me a chance and I've repaid them for four months now. Great place!

Donna is wonderful!!! Such a lovely and helpful lady. Donna stayed late to ensure our loan was approved and was more thsn accomodsting when making arrangements for payment. I will definatly continue to utilize first virginia as long as Donna is my agent.
