If you can go to AN ACTUAL BANK please don’t waste your time here! This particular location was very unprofessional. (Erica) was rude and the wait time was insane because they were in the back having side conversations.
That place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Employees were rude. Waited a hour and a half without it being busy just for them to call me today the window to tell me they were just starting the application after obtaining all my information. I filed a complaint and I won't let up until something is done
Don't waste your time. Give them all the information they want to get a loan, wait an hour and a half until they want you to sign a bunch of paperwork, JUST SO THEY CAN DENY IMMEDIATELY YOU! You could've said no from the get go and not waste my time.
if you don't come in on a Friday afternoon the check cashing process is fairly quick. I've been coming here for over 10 years
