I have been banking at First Utah Bank City Center for about 20 years and have experienced so much wonderful customer service there that I prefer to walk or bike or drive there and interact with the people, rather than using a mobile app. I can tell you that I sometimes am in a rush and often leave signed checks and even large sums of cash in the deposits and drive away without a receipt because these people are as trustworthy as can be! I extend my highest gratitude and praise!
I enjoy banking with First Utah Bank because I can easily manage my accounts with the mobile banking app. Melody is great to work with, She always has the customers best interest in mind and Is very knowledgeable when providing information to all of my banking questions.
