My husband and I have accounts with 5 different banks between the two of us and this bank has been by far the worse and most ridiculous experience. We set up an account here to have a local bank to deposit our wedding gift cash into. Immediately withdrew the money, but left the account open - just in case. Come to find out our account is now overdrawn due to a mailed statement fee (which we have never once received) and there's nothing they can do about it. Great little bank with very friendly tellers. Never a long wait or line. Closes kind of early for a bank mon-Thursday but open late on fridays
