Lobby was closed and we'd states it's open 8:30am to 1pm. Very inconvenient and false advertising.
Fast friendly service inside a nice bank to do business with.
I wouldn't recommend any First United Bank to anyone! They try to act like a bank that cares but when you have a problem you hear about "policies and procedures" and why no one can help you out. I inadvertently wrote my mortgage payment check $12 short due to an escrow amount changing my payment amount and I wrote the same check I had for 12-14 months prior. They received the check on the first of the month and didn't contact me until the 28th (by which time I had the next months statement and had sent that payment which cov... read more
Good employees but horrible customer serice. If I call the branch it gets rerouted to a call center where you get put on hold for 10 mins and they don’t help. I ended up having to drive to the office in order to speak to someone since I couldn’t reach anyone on the phone. Ridiculous for a bank!
