I would have to say the communication in this bank is absolutely horrible, You can never speak to anyone, or they don't know how to help you, The loan officer Adam Baker, never returns your calls or answers his voice-mail or e mails, he literally did me wrong on my car loan, I had until July to pay it off, because of deferred payments, and he literally had it repoed, in March with me owing a little over $1200, which has put me in a terrible financial bind.
