We opened a business account and it was a total disaster!! We weren't able to get a card for like a month even though they could make it in house, never received it in the mail had to go in and ask over and over. They were inconvenient and rude at every single turn. Can't Zelle, Can't wire money unless in person, can't get good help with rude staff!. If you value efficiency and workflows for your business stay away!!!!
***Business Beware*** These people are completely unable to run a successful bank. They do not have the proper tools to conduct banking, no Zelle, no wires without physically going in to the location, they refused to increase the limit on my card when i called in 4 times. Then they made me go in to get money in order to make my purchase and treated me like an inconvenience for me being inconvenienced!!
