Very friendly, professional, and helpful nanking staff. The banking system has alot of nice options/features and the app is user friendly.
I bank at this location... The staff is always very helpful about my concerns... Today, Cameron Delozier was the rep who helped me with my banking needs... He was very helpful about my concerns... He did a great job... Kudos to him for his great service....

The Asian lady that works on this branch needs a better customer service attitude.
First United needs to do some serious work on their behind the scenes duties. Never have I been with a bank that says “your check will be processed today eventually” “The person who deposits the checks isn’t in yet today” I have yet to EVER receive my paycheck in a timely manner. No it has nothing to do with my company. My check is already sitting the First United “warehouse” at least that is what I am told. Unbelievable.
