I wouldn't recommend any First United Bank to anyone! They try to act like a bank that cares but when you have a problem you hear about "policies and procedures" and why no one can help you out. I inadvertently wrote my mortgage payment check $12 short due to an escrow amount changing my payment amount and I wrote the same check I had for 12-14 months prior. I work out of town and I call them to sort stuff out but they never ever answer I always get connected to customer service and they can’t even get ahold of them
