Been a good bank when you can reach the branch. The customer service line is usually good but ran into a girl that did not want to give account info(just wanted to see if my taxes had been deposited) after successfully answering about 6 security questions. Said couldn't tell me. Said I needed to come in now. My truck is in shop or would not be a big deal. Update to five stars after Shane helped father in law out when he needed it. Thanks awesome guy!
It's very hard to put into words of just how great everyone is at this bank. I honestly didn't think that there were still Banks out there that cared about their customers. From the time you walk in until the time you leave they treat you like family. I recommend this bank for any and all transactions, personal or business.
I live in Dallas and was visiting Rufe Oklahoma for the holidays with my fiance' who grew up in Rufe. I needed to take care of business with one of my suppliers, I traveled to this location and thought I stepped into Willie Wonka's world of banking, the people was the total opposite of the Dallas uptown location, where I have been dismissed, given false information and flat out lied to.
