Austin Epps. This man right here, I honestly can not say thank you enough to for all of your help. This was the easiest approval process I have ever done in my life and I deal with banks everyday. If I could give zero stars I would. I have had nothing but issues with this bank. From shutting my card off due to a fraud alert but not notifying me at all to closing my account because of no activity!! I didn't receive an email, phone call, text message nothing. And when I called the other day to ask if I had a pending deposit she didn't even bother to tell me my account was in jeopardy of being closed!! I have both federal and state returns to deposit in my account and now I have to take time off of work to go open a new ... read more
