If I could give zero stars I would. I have had nothing but issues with this bank. From shutting my card off due to a fraud alert but not notifying me at all to closing my account because of no activity!! I didn't receive an email, phone call, text message nothing. And when I called the other day to ask if I had a pending deposit she didn't even bother to tell me my account was in jeopardy of being closed!! I have both federal and state returns to deposit in my account and now I have to take time off of work to go open a new ... read more
I strongly disagree with this bank and what they are doing. This banks values are Faith, Family, and Integrity, but this particular bank and employees do not represent their values. The loan officer, Austin, and loan assistant, Ashley, who are both married, have been having an affair with each other for over a year. The president, Joe, has turned a blind eye to this situation and becomes infuriated if anyone brings it to his attention.
