The drive through ATM has been broken for years it seems, but they don’t have a sign- so you just go up and it says it can’t dispense cash.
I get that banks have specific rules, but ones attitude and manner of conveying things are highly important. The manager at this bank is an extremely professional person, her name is Christine. She made claims of informing me several times about a particular issue when she in fact did not and had called once. The way I was spoken to by her was in a manner that I have never been spoken to at any public institution. There are other branches of this bank where the service is much better.
