I get that banks have specific rules, but ones attitude and manner of conveying things are highly important. The manager at this bank is an extremely professional person, her name is Christine. She made claims of informing me several times about a particular issue when she in fact did not and had called once. The way I was spoken to by her was in a manner that I have never been spoken to at any public institution. There are other branches of this bank where the service is much better. I've used this location once in the past and no issues a couple years ago when I needed to get a check endorsed for house repairs via insurance but today the two ladies that were at the front refused to provide assistance and just passed me off to call the direct line myself. I know for a fact they still provide endorsement check services but I guess they were too lazy to do the work since they were just standing around not doing anything. Safe to say I won't be returning to this location in the future.

The flag out front that was ripped and tattered last month is still there and the front steps of this location are littered with acorns. The branch managers, supervisors that I've worked with these past four years have all left the bank.
