They don't deserve one star. I went there and some girl said I had an overdraft. I checked with the main bank and they said I did not have an overdraft. I won't deal with this bank anymore. Hire somebody that knows what they are doing.

Went up here to try to open an account and deposit a check after having bad experiences with the same bank years ago deciding to give it another shot but was told that just because they were about to close they couldn't help me and I needed to come back the next day. That's okay you don't want my business cause you don't want to have to leave later, you just won't get my business at all.

Horrible customer service. Walked up and could physically see the worker half roll her eyes before she approached the counter. I stood there for 10 seconds while the she gave a co-worker fist bumps and said goodbye to him(still not acknowledging the customer once). After a few more seconds of silence and her typing on the computer she eventually looked up and flatly said "what can I do for you?" Like for starters...she could do her job? Dont hire snotty kids to do customer service.
