Best customer service around. Highly recommend
The worst financial service in Bonham. At this point I'm getting fed up. Typical Monday morning with awful attitudes, no happy greetings, nothing but a front lobby full of frowning faces. I spoke with another customer that was leaving as I was going inside & service was so slow that she decided to use the drive through instead of waiting in line to deal with the same ladies that I've dealt with in the past. I won't say any names out of respect for the bank but lose the attitude or find something else to do.
Hayden was wonderful and took great care of me and my mother while we were there. He was very attentive and every employee we came in contact with had a pleasant attitude and seemed eager to help
I love First United. We have several accounts for work and our nonprofit and everyone is kind and friendly. Alan M. Is the best! I like to learn their money tips when I go in there too. Thank you!
