Deposited a check and they held it for overdraft looked at my app and there was no overdraft fee or anything went back in and asked when I’d get a little bit of it and was told none after them just telling me before I’d get 275 of it I wasn’t rude or anything but they sure as hell were.
Good luck. Tammy, the branch manager is clueless and will tell you whatever you’d like to hear. Took over 2 hours to set up a new account. The deposit holds are 9 days for checks from BofA because “it’s a new account”. Except it wasn’t for the first check deposit of $10k for which Tammy stated was a mistake. They also couldn’t put together on their own that they could call and verify funds for a check from a major institution and after I suggested that they proceeded to do that.
