I had to go in to replace my debit card that I accidentally destroyed, and wanted to open a savings account while I was already there. The older woman who greeted me was welcoming and kind, she asked me what I needed and I told her. She had me sit down for only a few minutes before she was able to bring me to her office to get things set up, and I was happy to be taken in so quickly.
