I have been through the mortgage process several times in my life & have never had a better experience than I did with Terri Rainwater! She made it so fast & easy. Loan approval to closing was unbelievably fast & it definitely doesn’t hurt that she is genuine & a very good person. I recommend avoiding the “big” Lenders and sticking with a Hometown bank! I’ll add I bought a house in Bowling Green, KY & she was still able to help. They are very versatile.
