Sharla is rude and unprofessional I would recommend banking anywhere else.
I like banking here, but there's only one problem you need to get smiling people, who loves doing customer service, because their is a lady that always give you dirty looks. especially that Mijarez lady. She's always like in a bad mood or something. I would rather bank in seminole.
Like the old TV show theme song says, “Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name and they’re always glad you came.”. The entire staff have always been kind, professional, and helpful. Christy Valles has taken such great care of me and my family going above and beyond her duties. I could not ask for better from a financial institution. I’m convinced a better bank does not exist.
