I was treated with such attitude and annoyance by a girl at the bank this morning, unbeknownst to me she is the Assistant Vice President of the bank. OMG! I was trying to open a checking account for my disabled brother. She was rude and very unprofessional. She was more concerned with what was going on in her own life than helping a 30 year customer!
