Husband went in today to withdraw money. Hailey helped him at the counter and asked if he had a membership card which he never received when he opened the account this last month. Hailey was happy to help. While being helped another lady came up asking her why the machine was on and began drilling my husband as to where his card was, who helped him open the account (in which he showed her the office he walked in to open the account) and she goes on asking who helped him.
