They’re are some nasty and disrespectful people who work in the office. They call your phone like they are entitled to speak to you anyway they want just because you applied. I can imagine how they treat the employees. With the ridiculous job turn over rate you would think something would change, but no. They stay hiring and always will.
I'd like to personally recognize one of your staff members, Ms. Kayla Warner. My brother-in-law flew from Jamaica this morning at 11 a.m. and he arrived at 7:20 p.m. Not being familiar with the BWI baggage claim area, he grabbed his bags and started walking. He was waiting for me at SW but he flew in on AA. So there was significant distance from where he was to where I was located. The busses are always in a hurry flying through cross walks and nearly hitting passengers. Bunch of unsafe drivers
Most terrible experience as a driver i have ever had at a company-for all you drivers looking for work do yourself a favor and apply elsewhere-they dont like or respect drivers there .do you ever notice why they are aleays hiring.
