A very terrible place to work for! The managers don’t care about your safety as a Bus Operator. Several Bus Operators(including me), have been terminated for defending yourself against violent mentally deranged passengers. Although this is a union position, the union is both expensive and weak. Keep in mind the unions in Az are weaker than most other states due to a right to work state laws. This company still uses its former name of First Transit instead of its current name of Transev-deceit is their company motto.
