This is the 2nd time I've had a problem with the Loop Bus driver, today this Rob Borrow said they don't lower the gate to put small shopping carts on it, new rule he said, so he slammed the door, took off laughing, I had to walk from Walmart to uptown, why does this company hired such rude and lazy people, not happy. Wonder if they still take people in wheelchairs?
