First Tennessee Bank is one of the worst banks I've done business with. The staff is courteous and professional but that's the only positive thing I have to say about this bank. Their online system is not the most reliable though it has gotten somewhat better in the last year. But doing things online like adding an outside account for transfers is next to impossible.
