Terrible customer service. Started charging monthly fee due to inactivity, no letter sent by mail just drafts. They had the correct mailing address, so it could have been done. Called to close the account waited on the email that never came through called back to speak to someone else, finally got someone who could send an email. If you are going to take money from customer's accounts at least send a letter! When I expressed this to the woman on the phone she said that they have too many accounts to keep up with. Do better!
I highly DONT recommend!!!
The tellers here are semi friendly but they aren't very fast at getting customers through the drive thru I am not sure what's going on but the lobby is never open when I come to deposit for the store that I work at but if they are the only branch open that the company banks with I have to come here
Friendly staff and very easy to work with!!
