Don’t expect any help from this bank. They sound nice but just a local money pit. I knew I should have opened an account with a bigger bank. I’ll know better next time. Will be removing my account within the month. Not to mention the amount of issues you will have with their online banking or their website. It is always something with this bank. I’m over it and recommend all looking for a new bank to not use them.

I went to the bank on university that I have banked with for years! And not only were they rude but looked at me like I was a waste of there time and inconvenient for them to speak with me . The lady with long dark hair has worked there for years so I was surprised, the other young girl well I'm just going to say being rude is not customer service
