I am a realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential. Had a home listed when a buyer's agent came to the table with a prequalified buyer. I picked up the phone to check with the lender on any speed bumps. Lender said no speed bumps. Buyer misses close date. Lender wants extension bc of something the CPA sent in (or didn't send in). Lender asks for second extension. That's where we're at.
