This review is for the Pflugerville and Round Rock locations. They act like they have no affiliations with any other First Texas Bank and when they realize you are a customer of Liberty Hill or Georgetown you immediately become a second-class citizen and get NO customer service. I deposited cash with them so I could have it show up the next day and it took TWO days to show up in my account and caused me some fees that I should not have had. I have an account with the first texas bank in georgetown and first texas bank in pflugerville would not let me cash a payroll check . i made a complaint with my bank in georgetown and they told me they suppose to honor my check, the georgetown bank called the pflugerville bank and it was suppose to be taken care of. i try to cash a check again and they would not cash it. they are suppose to be sister banks -- "georgetown bank honors pflugerville customers". i would not do business with the first texas bank in pflugerville .... read more
