Terrible. Sloppy. I closed my account after 19 years. They didn't close it, even though they said they did, and the IRS deposited a check in my account after I closed it. Unbeknownst to me, a medical office withdrew a payment. Now I'm out roughly 80% of that money.
I have been with FTB for many years.Glad that we have a local branch. Great service at this branch so far.
